SOCORRO, TEXAS- On 11-16-10 at about 5:40 pm the El Paso County Sheriff's Office conducted an operation at 10840 North Loop in Socorro Texas. The operation resulted in the arrest of four suspects for the Delivery of43.5 lbs of marijuana.

- Ernesto Garcia (29) of El Paso Texas
- David Alarcon (19) of El Paso Texas
- Jesus Palacios (49) of El Paso Texas
A search of the vehicle driven by Luis Varela resulted in the locating and seizure of 27.5 grams of cocaine. Varela was charged additionally with the possession of a controlled substance/cocaine. Information on the arrests as follows:
