Due to deteriorating weather conditions, the City of El Paso will be closing down
all non-essential services as of now.
Animal Services
The Animal Shelter at 5001 Fred Wilson is closed. Animal services officers will continue to respond to calls as necessary.
Parks & Recreation
The following facilities are closed
Don Haskins Recreation Center
Galatzan Recreation Center
Polly Harris Senior Center
Leo Cancellare Aquatic CenterAll other facilities remain open at this time as we continue to monitor weather conditions
