El Paso, Texas – The City’s Quality of Life Departments will maintain adjusted hours for their facilities during the upcoming 4th of July holiday weekend. Please note the following facilities’ hours:
Parks & Recreation
Parks staff is making preparations to keep parks looking clean, including placing extra trash cans at key parks to accommodate the added use.
All Recreation Centers will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 3rd and closed on Saturday, July 4th.
All Senior Centers will be closed on Friday, July 3rd.
Sports Centers at Nations Tobin (8831 Railroad Dr.) and Chalio Acosta (4321 Delta Dr.) will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, July 3rd and will be closed on Saturday, July 4th.
All indoor and outdoor pools with the exception of Grandview, Chelsea & Therapeutic & Instructional pools, which will be closed, will have the following hours of operation:
Friday, July 3rd 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 4th 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 5th 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, July 6th 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Regular hours of operation will resume on Monday, July 6th at all facilities.

All Libraries will be closed on Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th. Libraries will resume a regular schedule on Sunday, July 5th.

Museums & Cultural Affairs
All Museum facilities (El Paso Museum of Art, El Paso Museum of History & El Paso Museum of Archaeology) will be open regular hours on Friday, July 3rd and will be closed on Saturday, July 4th.
