Parks Updates - City parks with new playgrounds

Three new parks in the city recently had major renovations completed by the City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department.

Pebble Hills Park, 3200 Fierro St., today had the 75 ft. x 52 ft. shade canopy completed. The canopy which is the largest in the city covers the entire playground equipment area and swings.

The Hawkins Park playground, 1500 Hawkins St. is complete. The parks new amenities include trees, benches, and playground equipment and swings.

The playground area at Summerlin Park, 6951 Firebush Dr. will be ready for public use on January 18^th. Park amenities added include picnic tables, new playground equipment and trees.
