March 7, 2009 (Saturday) 9am to 11:00am.
Topic: Animal Handling, with Valerie Hearn, for new volunteers only.
Anyone interested in volunteering for the Zoo – must be over 18 years old. (No Charge for Class)
Meet at Front gate ticket office by 8:45am. Training ends at 11:00am.
All participants must register in advance by contacting the Volunteer Office.

Spring Forward with Frogs Amphibian Conservation Day (AKA Frogfest Day)

Our El Paso Zoo is jumping in to make a leap in conservation efforts for our froggy friends. Come hop on down to the zoo to celebrate frogs and bring awareness of man-made problems for all amphibians. (Call 521-1880 for event & booth sponsor info).

10-11am. Ages 2-3.
Touch and playtime experiences while learning how animals of extreme sizes live at the Zoo.
$20 Child & Parent, $10 additional person.

Two-Day Camp: March 19-20, 23-24, 2009 $90
Three-Day Camp: March 26-28, 2009 $120
All Camps run 9am-4pm. Ages 8-12.
Tweens enjoy conservation projects, hands-on activities and animal encounters.
